Chelsea are considering Javi Gracia as the successor for the current boss Maurizio Sarri. Sarri has been linked to the job at Juventus and reports in Italy have emerged suggesting he is very likely to join the Old Lady.
With the uncertainity regarding their manager, Chelsea are now looking at potential replacements and Javi Gracia is top of that list.
According to ESPNFC, Chelsea is highly impressed with the Watford boss and his leadership at the Hornets. Gracia lead Watford to the FA Cup final where they lost Manchester City.
Blues are believed to be ready to let their manager go if Juventus pay the compensation of around €12m.
Nuno Esperito Santo and Frank Lampard are also being linked with the job.
