Chelsea – LWDDW
Blues put in a brilliant second-half performance to ensure their qualification to next year’s Champions League. Although they have put in mixed performances in their recent game. Their recent home record has been good though.
Eintracht Frankfurt – LLWDL
They have been in poor form in recent weeks. Sunday’s away defeat to Bayer Leverkusen must have been hard to take for them. They will need to put in a better performance at Stamford Bridge to progress to the final
Antonio Rudiger and Callum Hudson-Odoi have long term injuries. Kante has been ruled out for the season as well but might be available for the final if Chelsea makes it.
Taleb Tawath, Marco Russ and Marc Stendera are all out injured for the away team and will miss the trip to London. Rebic will be available after missing the first leg due to suspension.
Kepa; Azpilicueta, Christensen, Luiz, Emerson; Kovacic, Jorginho, Loftus-Cheek; Willian, Giroud, Hazard.
Trapp; Abraham, Hinteregger, Hasebe; Costa, Rode, Fernandes, Kostic; Rebic; Haller, Jovic.
Stamford Bridge, Chelsea
Sarri will start his best team available with top four finish assured in the Premier League. Wingers will be key for the Blues especially Hazard on left.
Frankfurt will have Rebic, Jovic and Haller in the attack. They will surely test the Blues defence. We still expect Chelsea to get a close win and progress to the final.
