Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham Hotspur will take on already relegated Huddersfield Town in their Premier League clash.
It will be Spurs third straight home game after winning first two against Crystal Palace and Manchester City. Tottenham are battling for the top four finish in the Premier League with Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United.
Tottenham Hotspur – WLLWW
The North London has had some big games recently. They have played Chelsea, Arsenal, Dortmund, Liverpool and Manchester City in their last seven games. After a winless run of five games in the Premier League, Spurs finally won their last game against Crystal Palace at home. Win over Manchester City must have boosted morale much more.
Huddersfield Town – LLLLL
Huddersfield played brilliantly last season to stay up in the Premier League. But this season have been extremely poor. They are winless in their last five games and it’s hard to see that run ending this weekend at Spurs.
Segio Aurier, Harry Kane, Eric Lamela and Eric Dier will all miss the game due to injury. Dele Alli suffered a fractured hand in their win over Man City but Pochettino has ensured he is fit enough to play the game against Huddersfield.
Adama Diakhaby and Sabiri will miss out due to injury. Billing and Depoitre are expected to be fit to start the game.
Lloris; Trippier, Sanches, Vertonghen, Davies; Sissoko, Winks, Eriksen; Son, Lucas; Llorente.
Lossl; Smith, Schindler, Kongolo, Durm; Billing, Hogg; Pritchard, Mooy, Lowe; Grant.
Tottenham Stadium, Tottenham
It’s hard to see any other outcome but a Tottenham win. Son and Lucas would like to increase their goal tally for the season.
Although we are not expecting many goals from Spurs. They will look to rest their key players for the Man City fixture.
