Chelsea is in a race for a top-four spot finish in the Premier League table and will be hosting West Ham United on Monday night.
The battle to finish in the top four is well poised with Arsenal, Tottenham, Chelsea and Manchester United, all fighting for the third and fourth position. Chelsea is on the fifth position with 63 points same as Arsenal, although Arsenal has played one game less. Tottenham is a point above Chelsea while Manchester United are two points behind the Blues.
While West Ham United are safe from the relegation battle but they would still like to finish in the top half of the table. They are sitting at the eleventh position with 42 points one point below Everton.
Chelsea – DWLWW
Chelsea has been inconsistent at best since their unbeaten start to Premier League ended. Since the start of February Chelseas has lost twice to Man City and once each against Man Utd and Everton. They also managed to beat Tottenham in the same period of time. In their recent games Chelsea has shown the battle spirit to fight for the Champions League qualifications.
West Ham United – LWLWL
West Ham United’s recent form is not one they will be proud of. They have lost to Man City, Cardiff City and Everton in their last five games. While they needed a late rescue mission to beat Huddersfield 4-3. If they have to finish in the top half of the table, they’ll have to turn this form around.
Maurizio Sarri has no main injury concerns bit does have couple of players with a knock. Pedro, Loftus-Cheek and Alonso all have a knock but are expected to be a part of the match day squad.
West Ham United
Yarmolenko, Sanchez, Wilshere and Carroll are all out due to injuries. While Pellegrini will have Nasri, Arnautovic and Felipe Anderson fit for matchday squads.

West Ham United
Fabianski; Fredericks, Diop, Ogbonna, Cresswell; Rice, Noble; Antonio, Lanzini, Anderson; Chicharito.
West Ham will be asking Chelsea’s defence some questions specially on counter and set-pieces. Watch out for Lanzini.
Chelsea is still expected to dominate the ball and win this game at home. Eden Hazard is gonna be the danger man as usual.
