Arsenal can go past Tottenham in the Premier League table at third position with a win at Goodison. Arsenal has been playing good football recently and have managed to cut the gap at third position to one point with a game in hand.

Everton lies 10 on the Premier League table with 43 points and is unlikely to qualify for Europe. They are 4 points adrift of seventh-placed Wolves in the Premier League table.


Everton – WDLWW

Everton’s recent form shows exactly why they are far from Europe’s spot despite spending heavily in the transfer market. They had a good draw against Liverpool but then lost to Newcastle. Beating Chelsea at home was high for the Merseysiders.

Arsenal – DLWWW

Arsenal has been in good form recently. The one loss visible on their recent form was against Rennes in the Europa League but Arsenal managed to overturn that result and qualify for the next round of the tournament. Gunners have scored 16 goals in their last six games.



Marco Silva has a nearly fit squad to chose from with only Yerry Mina injured for the Merseysiders.


Gunners will be without Bellerin, Holding and Danny Welbeck due to inury. While Torreira will be serving a suspension and Aaron Ramsay had a knock but is expected to be fit for the game.

Arsenal and Everton both have been in good form recently. Goodison Park is not an easy away fixture for any team in the Premier League.

Despite Arsenal’s recent performances, this might go down as a draw at Goodison. Watch out for Richarlison and Aubameyang running behind the defence.
