In-form Chelsea will be looking to maintain their momentum when they take on a struggling Everton side in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
With, Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri no longer under immediate risk of being sacked it seems like the Blues are slowly understanding Sarri-ball.
Everton boss Marco Silva on the other hand could be in for a tough time and could do with a positive result to take into the international break.
Everton – LLWDL
Much was expected of Everton this season. The Toffees were finally able to get their long desired manager Marco Silva and signing Richarlison was seen as the sort of signing that would help Everton to reach the next level. Seventh was always ultimately the most Silva could aim for in his first season at Goodison Park, but even that target now looks out of reach as his side trail Wolverhampton Wanderers by seven points.
Chelsea – WWWDW
The Blues should be riding high on confidence after their 5-0 victory at Dynamo Kyiv. Chelsa would be looking to close the gap on the Champions League places with victory at Everton.
Winning the Europa League and finishing fourth in the Premier League would make this a positive first season for Sarri, having dealt with the media trial all through the season Sarri would like to end the season on a high by qualifying Chelsea for the Champions League.
