Liverpool will travel to Fulham on Saturday with a chance to regaining the top spot, as Manchester City will be busy with their FA Cup fixture. Liverpool is second in the league at present, just a point behind Man City whereas Fulham is the second bottom team in the Premier League table. Liverpool’s haven’t won away from home in their last three games in Premier League.
Fulham has won just once in their last 10 Premier League games. These ten games included home defeats to Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham. Since the appointment of Scott Parker, Fulham has shown some better performances against Chelsea and Leicester.
Liverpool is coming back from their exploits in Munich. It is no easy job to beat Bayern at their home. Confidence will be high for the Liverpool players. Liverpool has drawn there last three away games in the Premier League. Their last win at away coming over Brighton on 12th January.
Fulham– Fulham will be without Alfie Mawson and Marcus Bettinelli who are both injured. Andre Schurrle is also not fit and might miss against Liverpool.
Liverpool– Liverpool will be without long-term absentees Joe Gomes and Oxlade-Chamberlain. Jordan Henderson has also been ruled out for the game. Naby Keita is doubtful to make it to the matchday squad. Dejan Lovren is back fit after being available on the bench at Munich.
